Ian Novinger has served as A Touch Above Consulting’s owner since 2003. He has been involved in the computer industry for the last decade. He holds a degree in Computer Systems Management. He is also a Microsoft Certified Engineer.

Angela Novinger has served as A Touch Above Consulting’s Finance Officer since 2003.
